Our skilled research and development team uses the high quality grape juices and concentrates to create a range of single varietal and blended wine styles. We then provide craft winemakers the opportunity to further enhance their wines with specialized ingredients such grape skins, dried elderflowers and berries, European and American oaks, and specially selected yeasts in our kits.
